Impending graduation or the need for summer employment may cause a panic to think that a job interview is in your future.  This session will discuss how to logically and professionally interpret your college experience into qualities employees look for.  Participants will leave this session with:

• A list of “action” words that translate extracurricular experiences into marketable skills.
• Sample résumés that highlight elements employers want to see.
• The “Dos and Don’ts” for communicating aspects of college life that the professional world might not truly understand.

For the past ten years, Tait has evaluated thousands of résumés and been on numerous interview panels for organizations throughout America.  He will share the greatest hits and biggest misses in this highly interactive presentation.
